A walled kitchen garden with espaliered fruit and terracotta pots at dusk

A private garden house

The garden house for those who grow, cook and keep.

Walled potagers, kitchen gardens and edible landscapes, from a terrace of herbs to a hundred acres. Every bed keeps its memory: what grew where, what the soil did, and what reached the table, year after year.

We record and advise; you or your gardener source, plant and buy.

What the house is

Estate garden management software that remembers the ground.

The Estate Potager is an AI kitchen garden planner for estates and an estate garden management software in one: a private, multi-year record of every bed, plot and tree, of what was sown, what the soil did, what was harvested and what reached the table. It is also a crop rotation planner for large gardens, so no family returns to a bed too soon, and it advises from your own record through five AI house voices, so the knowledge of a garden survives its seasons, its gardeners and its generations.

The memory of the beds

A bed is readable across ten years: every crop, every harvest, every year it rested. This is the part other tools do not have, and it is the whole point.

Rotation and succession

The Rotation Guard reads a bed’s family history and warns when a crop family returns inside three years. The Succession Engine turns your own frost dates into a continuous-harvest sowing schedule.

Soil to table

Harvest windows feed menus for a date in the future, not only today, with an abundance list and a preserve-now list for households with a chef.

The handover

When a head gardener retires or a contractor arrives, the Garden Handover Brief carries the knowledge across: beds, rotation, soil, water, trees, seeds and intentions.

For estates

Properties, beds and a head gardener’s memory, held where a handover can reach it.

For crop rotation

A crop rotation planner for large gardens: family history per bed, with warnings you can print.

For kitchens

Soil to table harvest planning: what will be ready in ten days, and what to preserve now.

The five house voices

Every screen carries an AI voice of The Estate Potager.

Read all five, and what they refuse to do

Each voice is an AI persona, openly labelled, working only from the records stored in your account. They never invent weather, suppliers, prices, yields, certifications or provenance, and every answer ends with one concrete next action.

Rosalind Thorne, The Head Gardener

An AI voice of The Estate Potager

Rosalind Thorne

The Head Gardener

Thirty years in the same wall.

Design, planting plans, succession planning and bed layout. Rosalind reads a bed the way a tailor reads a shoulder, and she will tell you where a thing belongs and what it will do to the ground around it.

Ada Merriweather, The Soil Steward

An AI voice of The Estate Potager

Ada Merriweather

The Soil Steward

The soil is the slowest record in the garden.

Soil ecology, pH, amendments, compost and rotation. Ada holds the long view of the ground itself, and she is the voice behind the Rotation Guard.

Théo Marchand

The Orchard & Vine Master

A tree is a promise you keep for someone else.

Questions asked across the wall

What people want to know before they begin.

The honest answers, including what the house will not do.

Keep the garden

A garden is the slowest thing a house owns. Record it while it is still in your hands.

Three ways in, and no monthly plan anywhere. The Seasonal Plot for one season, The Estate for every room year after year, and The Heirloom Plot for the generation after this one.

The Heirloom Garden Registry is a record of intention and family memory, not a legal will; consult a solicitor for anything binding. Any figure that appears anywhere in the house is illustrative and labelled as such.
