Privacy notice
Your garden\u2019s records are private to your account.
Plainly set out: what the house holds, what it refuses to hold, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we hold
Your account holds the records you and your household enter: properties, beds, plantings, harvests, soil records, trees, seeds, heirloom plants, curing batches and academy progress. They are private to your account. Only you and anyone you invite can read them. We do not publish, sell or share your garden’s records, and we do not use them for advertising. This site carries no advertising at all.
What we do not hold
We do not ask for or store passports, identity documents or signatures. We do not hold payment card details on this site: payment links are issued by the house and handled by the payment provider. We do not collect location, camera or microphone data from your device.
The AI voices
When you ask one of the five house voices a question, the records for that room are read so the voice can answer from your ledger. The voices are AI personas, openly labelled, and they are instructed never to invent weather, live readings, yields, suppliers, prices, certifications or provenance, and never to make medicinal or health claims. Questions you put to a voice are part of your account’s record.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and to run the pages you ask for. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party advertising networks on this site. See the Cookies page for detail.
How long records stay
Your garden records stay for as long as your account is open, because a bed’s memory is the point of the house. If you ask for deletion, the records are removed and cannot be recovered. Printed copies you have made remain yours.
Your requests
You may ask for an export of your garden records or for their deletion at any time, using the form on this page. We answer requests from the email address that wrote to us. We do not carry out identity document verification, because we do not collect identity documents.
Nothing here is advice we are not qualified to give
The house gives cultivation and culinary guidance only. It gives no medicinal or health advice, and no tax, valuation, offset-credit or investment advice. Any figure that appears is illustrative and labelled. The Heirloom Garden Registry is a record of intention and family memory, not a legal will; consult a solicitor for anything binding.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the change will be stated on this page with its date. Continued use of the house after that date is taken as acceptance.
