What happens after you ask
- One. Your request is recorded with the house. Nothing is charged on this site.
- Two. We write to you with the payment link for the plot you asked for.
- Three. On payment, your account opens the rooms, and the arrival asks for your region and your two frost dates before it asks for anything else.
- Four. The garden starts keeping its memory. Beds you record this season are readable a decade from now.
What is not included
- We do not source, plant, buy or deliver anything. You or your gardener do that.
- We do not supply weather, live telemetry or soil sensors, and we will not invent them.
- We do not give medicinal, health, tax, valuation, offset-credit or investment advice.
- We do not collect passports, identity documents or signatures.
- Printed outputs, such as the Handover Brief or the Garden Year, are printed by you.
- The Heirloom Garden Registry is a record of intention and family memory, not a legal will; consult a solicitor for anything binding.
For households with a chef
The Estate Kitchen Sync is part of every plot above the Seasonal.
The chef sees what will be ready in ten days, what is abundant enough to build a menu around, and what must be preserved this week. It is drawn from the same ledger as the beds, which is what makes it worth having.
